Mr. Franks works as an Analyst for the Momentum Africa Real Estate Fund (“MAREF”), where he works closely with Director, Head of Africa Real Estate, David Lashbrook.
Being part of a small team, he is a key individual in all aspects of MAREF, leading the Financial Modelling, Treasury Management & Property Management whilst actively supporting Investor Relations & Fund Administration.
In addition, he assists the multi asset team with investment research, market analysis and portfolio implementation within the Global Real Estate sector.
He has an BSc in Sport Science and Management from Nottingham Trent University and has gained the CFA UK Level 4 Certificate in Investment Management (IMC).
