Caxton manages client and proprietary capital through global macro hedge fund strategies. Assets are managed through a broad mandate to trade in a variety of global markets and instruments. The firm's strategies employ a combination of statistical arbitrage and other quantitative investment techniques. Their principal activity is trading in the international currency, financial, commodities and securities markets. The firm follows currencies on a worldwide basis. They trade primarily in major international currencies, but also trade in exotic or other currencies.
