George J. Wasilczyk

Mr. George J.
Wasilczyk is Operating Advisor at Ennovance Capital.
He plays a critical role in Ennovance’s deal team, sourcing deals, performing due diligence and providing critical insights on market dynamics and technology assessment.
Mr. Wasilczyk is a seasoned operating executive with extensive experience in the specialty chemical industry with a unique skill set that includes P&L leadership, global marketing, R&D and technology leadership.
He was a Vice President with ICI/Henkel, (now Akzo Nobel, revenue $15B/Yr.) responsible for profitable growth.
Prior to ICI, George was General Manager at Air Products, a Fortune500 company (revenue $9B/Yr.) after starting with the company as Applications Development Manager and Technical Services and holding numerous roles of progressively increasing responsibility.
Mr. Wasilczyk earned his BS and MS in Chemistry from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
He is a native Pennsylvanian.
