Mercado has been a Director of Enhance Skin Products, Inc. since November 14, 2006.
From January 2004 to January 2006, he was Website Development Consultant for the Asian Development Bank.
From November 2002 to October 2003, Mr. Mercado was Creative Director for User Imagination Technologies Co. From May 2000 to October 2002, he worked for Global Sources, Inc. as Multimedia Art Director and as a Senior Project Officer.
Mr. Mercado held several positions as Website Designer, Art Director, Creative Associate, Head Artist and Junior Artist with several companies in the Philippines.
He received a BS in Fine Arts from the University of Santo Tomas in 1992.
