Dozy Mmobuosi is the founder of Tingo Mobile Ltd. (founded in 2001), Tingo Mobile Plc (founded in 2001), and Tingo International Holdings, Inc. (founded in 2020), where he holds the titles of Group Chief Executive Officer and Chief Executive Officer & Director respectively.
Currently, Dr. Mmobuosi is the Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director at Agri-Fintech Holdings, Inc. (since 2021) and a Director at Tingo Mobile UK Ltd. (since 2020).
In the past, he served as the Co-Chief Executive Officer & Director at Tingo Group, Inc. (in 2023) and as the Chief Executive Officer & Director at IWEB, Inc. Dr. Mmobuosi obtained a doctorate degree from Universiti Putra Malaysia in 2007 and holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Ambrose Alli University, conferred in 2001 and 2003 respectively.
