Lawson, CFA MBA, is Managing Partner & Portfolio Manager at Conestoga Capital Advisors LLC.

Prior to joining Conestoga in December 2008, Mr. Lawson was President/COO of McHugh Associates, serving as a Portfolio Manager and member of the Investment Committee.
He joined McHugh in 1995, and worked closely with the firm's institutional and high net worth clients.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Lawson was Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of Pitcairn Trust Company and a Senior Investment Officer at Wilmington Trust Co.
Mr. Lawson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University and a Masters of Business Administration from Temple University.
He is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia.
