Charles McMinn

Charles McMinn co-founded Covad Communications Group, Inc. in October 1996 and has been Chairman since October 2000.
He is Founder and Chairman of Certive Corp.
and a Director of Vineyard 29 LLC, the St. Helena Hospital Foundation, and Appellation St. Helena.
Mr. McMinn was President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Covad Communications Group from October 1996 to July 1998.
He was Chief Executive Officer of Certive from November 1999 to October 2000 and a Principal of Strategy Discipline for Gemini Consulting from June 1994 to November 1995.
He worked at Cefac Consulting from July 1995 to October 1996 and from August 1993 to June 1994.
Mr. McMinn was President and Chief Executive Officer of Visioneer Communications, Inc. from August 1992 to June 1993 and General Partner of InterWest Partners from October 1985 to June 1992.
He began his career as Product Manager of the 8086 microprocessor for Intel Corp.
Mr. McMinn has over 20 years of experience in creating, financing, operating and advising high technology companies.
