Barry Baughier

Mr. Baughier joined PFM in 2009.
He has over 8 years experience working with local governments throughout Texas ranging from cities, counties, school districts, universities, colleges, as well as special districts.
He assists his clients in identifying both short term and long-term investment options, while working with client portfolios ranging from $10 million to over $1 billion.
He has helped structure client’s portfolios for bond proceeds investing, tax anticipation notes, and contractual obligations.
He also assists clients with cash flow forecasting in order to add value to portfolio performance.
Mr. Baughier is a member of GFOAT and TASBO.
He earned a bachelor and master’s degree from Texas A&M University-Commerce and holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses.
