Arabella Hallawell

Ms. Arabella Hallawell is a Director of Research at Gartner Research Group.
Previously, Ms. Hallawell advised numerous state and national governments, as well as international organizations on the creation of policies and regulations related to electronic signatures, privacy, security and spam.
Ms. Hallawell received her bachelor's degree from University College London, and her post-graduate professional qualification in law from Exeter University, England.
She also holds a master's degree from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University.
