Amy LaBan

Prior to joining Lake Capital, Ms. LaBan was vice president for marketing and strategic relations at Lake Creek Research, LLC, an investor in Lighthouse Global Network and the predecessor to Lake Capital.
Ms. LaBan joined Lake Creek after Mastering, Inc. was acquired by PLATINUM technology in April 1998.
At both Mastering and its predecessor company, Eagle River Interactive, Ms. LaBan was director of strategic relations and responsible for external communications, including investor and public relations and marketing support.
Prior to joining Eagle River Interactive in 1996, Ms. LaBan spent two years at the Financial Relations Board (FRB) as a market intelligence executive selling investments in small-cap business services companies to institutional investors.
During her previous five years as a product manager with Citibank Global Cash Management Services, she oversaw foreign currency cash management products targeted at the needs of the international travel industry.
Ms. LaBan began her career in advertising in 1985, working in both account management and market research.
Ms. LaBan holds a BA in Oriental studies and a BS in economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, as well as an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
She is a CFA charterholder.
