Alonzo Weaver

Alonzo Weaver is Vice President of Customer Operations for the Memphis Light, Gas & Water Division.
He is a Member the American Public Power Association, the American Public Gas Association, the American Association of Blacks in Energy, the Automated Meter Reading Association, and the American Gas Association.
Mr. Weaver is a Director of the ixie Boys & Girls Club, the Grant Center, Junior Achievement, and United Way Allocation Committee.
He joined the Memphis Light, Gas & Water Division in 1983 as an Engineering Assistant of Electric Operations and was promoted to Operations Assistant in 1987.
Mr. Weaver served as Assistant Manager of the North Service Center for the Memphis Light, Gas & Water Division and was appointed as Manager of Electric Operations in 1992.
He received a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1983 and an MBA from the University of Memphis in 1997.
Mr. Weaver attended Rhodes College Institute for Executive Leadership and completed the MLGW Executive Development Program in 1988.
