He previously served as a Director of The Business Council of New York State, Inc., Senior Vice President & General Counsel of Pfizer Inc. from 2003 to 2008, Senior Vice President & General Counsel of Eisai, Inc., and Partner of Williams & Connolly LLP.
Waxman received his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College in 1984 and his graduate degree from Harvard University in 1987.
