Lugovskoy is the founder and the Chief Executive Officer of Diagonal Therapeutics, Inc., which was founded in 2022.
He is also currently an Advisory Board Member at RusBioVentures LLC since 2013.
In the past, Dr. Lugovskoy held the position of Associate Director-Drug Discovery at Biogen, Inc. from 2001 to 2010.
He then served as Vice President-Therapeutics at Merrimack Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from 2010 to 2016.
Additionally, he held the role of Chief Development Officer at Morphic Holding, Inc. and Chief Operating Officer at Dragonfly Therapeutics, Inc.Dr. Lugovskoy's education includes a doctorate degree from Harvard University.
He also holds a graduate degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he graduated in 1998.
He completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at Moscow Institute of Physics & Technology, and received his undergraduate degree from Ryazan State Radio Technical University in 1992.
