Albert J.
Matter was the founder of Gryphon Gold Corp.
(founded in 2003) where he held the title of Director from 2003 to 2008.
He is also the founder of NuLegacy Gold Corp.
(founded in 2009) where he currently holds the title of Chief Executive Officer & Director since 2019.
Mr. Matter's current job is as the Managing Partner at Matter Associates LLC, a position he has held since 2007.
In the past, Mr. Matter worked as the President & Chief Executive Officer at National Gold Corp.
from 1999 to 2003.
Mr. Matter obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of British Columbia in 1971.
