Alan Irwin Greene

Mr. Alan I.
Greene is a Portfolio Manager & Managing Director at Neuberger Berman BD LLC.
Prior to the acquisition, he was Chairman of the Investment Committee at David J.
Greene and Company, LLC, which he joined in 1952.
In that role, he sought exposure to all aspects of the firm's business, gaining experience in investment research, account analysis, and portfolio management.
In 1965 he moved to solidify the firm's focus on providing institutional investment management services.
He remains active in investment research and portfolio management.
He serves as a Trustee and Treasurer of North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health Systems, where he is a member of the Executive Committee and Finance Committee.
He also serves as a Trustee of Eisenhower Medical Center, where he is a member of the Board of Directors and other Committees.
He is also a Trustee Emeritus of Colgate University where he served for 15 years as a Trustee and Chairman of its Finance Committee.
He holds a BA from Colgate University.
