Zain Rehman

Mr. Sine is a Partner and the Head Trader of Cowen Healthcare Investments.
Previously Mr. Sine was a Managing Director in Cowen’s Equity Capital Markets group, which is responsible for the origination and execution of all equity capital-raising transactions.
He joined Cowen in 2011 to start their At-the-Market Offering business and in that time filed over 150 ATM facilities, raising clients over $2.5 bn in proceeds.
Prior to joining Cowen, Mr. Sine was a Vice President of Institutional Sales and Trading at Rodman & Renshaw.
At Rodman & Renshaw he executed agency trades and negotiated block transactions in equities across a broad spectrum of market caps and sectors.
Mr. Sine holds a BS in finance with a concentration in corporate finance from Clemson University.
