As Director of Human Resources and Compliance, Whitney focuses on all things people and compliance within the firm.
She is responsible for attracting and retaining the smart, insightful, passionate people we need to drive growth across our portfolio companies and ensuring that we’re complying with all the relevant SEC regulations that apply to us.
Whitney loves the pace of growth equity and how our portfolio companies are constantly solving problems for their customers.
And she is continually amazed by the diversity of the skills she sees in the people who join our firm.
Outside the office she splits her time between spending time with her family and supporting the Georgia Bulldogs.
