Prior to joining DDJ, he worked at CRT Capital Group from 2000 to 2005 as a senior vice president and principal.
His responsibilities at CRT Capital included the execution of trades in all securities across the capital structure including high yield bonds, distressed bonds, “busted” convertibles, and reorganized equities.
Prior to joining CRT Capital, he worked at Credit Suisse First Boston from 1996 to 2000 as a vice president in the High Yield Group.
At CSFB, his responsibilities included analysis of high yield bonds and sales coverage of institutional clients.
Mr. McAdam began his career at FleetBank of Massachusetts working as a senior analyst in the Credit Department from 1989 to 1992 and ultimately as a relationship manager in the Asset-Based Lending Group from 1992 to 1994.
Mr. McAdam received his MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and his BA from Middlebury College.
