PULLINS DAVID

David is an Executive Partner with Plexus Capital.
He is responsible for sourcing and evaluating deal flow as well as building and executing value creation strategies in targeted sectors.
Prior to joining Plexus, David was the VP / GM at Clarke Aquatics, a Chicago-based leading provider of sustainable aquatic eco-system solutions for stormwater, lake, wetland and fishery customers.
Before Clarke, David spent nearly 15 years at Pentair, a global water treatment company.
While at Pentair, David held a number of senior leadership positions in general management, marketing, corporate strategy, and finance.
Prior to his tenure at Pentair, David held positions in corporate development and investor relations for various private equity-backed and public companies.
David has more than 25 years of experience in the water and environmental industries, spanning blue-chip global conglomerates, private equity portfolio companies, start-up ventures, and mid-market companies.
He has a proven track record driving shareholder value and growth, including direct involvement in the execution of 13 acquisitions with revenues of over $250 million in all geographies.
David holds an MBA in Finance from Vanderbilt University and a B.A.
in English Literature, Creative Writing, and Linguistics from The Ohio State University.
