Mr. McNicol also formerly worked at Scout Media Holdings, Inc., as Director, Barrington Broadcasting Group LLC, as Director, Avis Budget Group, Inc., as Senior Vice President & General Counsel in 2000, The Pilot Group LLC, as Managing Partner from 2003 to 2016, Six Flags Theme Parks, Inc., as Senior Vice President & General Counsel from 1994 to 1997, iHeartMedia, Inc., as Executive Vice President & General Counsel, America Online, Inc., as Senior VP-Interactive Marketing Division in 2001, AOL Time Warner, Inc., as Senior Vice President-Global Marketing, and Hsf Corp., as Senior Vice President & General Counsel from 1997 to 2000.
Mr. McNicol received his graduate degree in 1982 from Fordham University School of Law and undergraduate degree in 1979 from Harvard College.
