Kevin McElgunn

Mr. Kevin McElgunn is Investment Director at Dow Chemical Corporate Venture Capital.
Mr. McElgunn joined Dow in 1985, progressing through a variety of sales, marketing and business management positions, primarily in Dow Specialty Chemicals businesses.
In 2002, he was named Business Director and General Manager, Biopharmaceutical Contract Manufacturing Services of DowPharma.
He joined the Dow Ventures group in 2004 as Platform Director, responsible for identifying, developing and implementing new business options aligned with Dow’s strategic interests.
In late 2005, he joined Dow’s Corporate Development group, identifying transformational enterprise-level opportunities.
McElgunn assumed his current role in late 2007.
Mr. McElgunn earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Chemical Engineering at Kansas State University in 1984, and an MBA at Northwood University in 1997.
