Kenichi Kumagai

Mr. Kumagai worked in the field of budget and fundraising operations at Hokkaido Tohoku Development Public Finance Corporation.
Since the establishment of DBJ in 1999, he engaged in a variety of operations related to regional development, such as regional policy research, loan and security management, corporate rehabilitation business, large-scale land development business management.
In 2004 he became the General Manager of DBJ Niigata Branch.
After gaining experience in the post-earthquake financing and equity investment to local enterprises, in September 2007 he became the Representative Director of Raffia Capital.
Graduated from Tohoku University, Department of Economics.
