Frederick B. Pickering

Mr. Pickering's experience focuses on the areas of mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, with an emphasis on the technology industry.
Prior to attending law school Mr. Pickering worked at a start-up company that provides Business Process Management (BPM) solutions for the insurance industry.
Mr. Pickering helped the company market its proven BPM solutions in North America and Europe.
Mr. Pickering received his B.A.
degree in History with a concentration on American History from The University of Colorado at Boulder, and his J.D.
degree from The University of San Francisco School of Law.
