EB Kelly currently oversees Rockefeller Center.
In her role, EB had been leading the redevelopment of the center and manages day-to-day operations, including leasing, asset management, placemaking, and the operating businesses including Rainbow Room, the Skating Rink and Top of the Rock.
She also provides oversight for the firm’s Global Customer Partnerships function and the ZO platform.
During her tenure at Tishman Speyer, EB has worked on the New York Development team, Debt Capital Markets, Innovation, and the launching of Zo, and served as the Investment Committee Secretary.
Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, EB was the Special Project Coordinator for the New York City Mayor’s Office of Capital Project Development under Mayor Mike Bloomberg, where she managed implementation of priority development projects including the High Line, the new Whitney Museum, and the Brooklyn Cultural District.
She also worked on the redevelopment of the World Trade Center site for the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation.
EB is the chair of the board of the Friends of Governors Island.
She holds a BA from Yale University and a JD from Harvard Law School
