Christine Acquilano

Ms. Acquilano joined Paramax Corporation in 2004 through its merger with Capital Formation Group, a Rochester, NY based merger and acquisition firm.
During her 9 year tenure at Capital Formation Group, Ms. Acquilano functioned as Business Manager with responsibility over human resources, risk management, treasury and day-to-day operations.
In addition to her role as business manager, Ms. Acquilano oversaw the marketing and public relation functions of the firm.
Ms. Acquilano also worked along side the transaction professionals in support of transaction execution activities.
Ms. Acquilano received an Associates degree in Applied Science from Herkimer County Community College in 1984.
She is also a licensed Notary Public.
