Public Pension Agency Investment ManagersFinance Public Pension Agency (PPA) is the Government of Saudi Arabia's independent pension fund management agency which was initially established by Royal Decree in 1958 as Retirement Pension Authority to manage the retirement needs of civil and military officers in the public sector. In 2002, the Saudi cabinet transformed Retirement Pension Authority to Public Pension Agency, and issued a new regulation for PPA to include the subjective and formal aspects based upon modern, scientific rules to address current and future duties and optimize the retirement system in general.
