MAS PLC hat sich auf die Entwicklung, den Besitz und die Verwaltung von Vermögenswerten in Mittel- und Osteuropa, vor allem in Rumänien, Bulgarien und Polen, spezialisiert.
Ende Juni 2022 wurde das Portfolio mit einer vermietbaren Gesamtfläche von 429.400 m2 zu einem Marktwert von 938,3 Millionen Euro bewertet.
Die Mieteinnahmen sind geographisch wie folgt verteilt: Mittel- und Osteuropa (74,9%), Westeuropa (8%) und Sonstige (17,1%).
