Baader-Helvea announces key US hires and the opening of a Boston Office
Baader-Helvea has announced that Julie Doherty will join its North American
sales team, effective February 1st.
This announcement comes in addition to the firm's hiring of Andrea Kiefer
to the US team in December.
In tandem with these hires, the company will open a new Boston office to
add to its existing presence in New York and Montreal.
"We are very excited about these additions to our team as we believe they
further cement Baader-Helvea's commitment to its North American franchise"
explained Morgan Deane, CEO at Baader-Helvea, adding that "their stellar
reputation in the market will enhance the Baader-Helvea Group's standing
with its North American clients."
Ms. Kiefer, who previously worked as senior sales at Mainfirst Bank in the
US, is based in New York, while Ms. Doherty will be based at
Baader-Helvea's new office location in Boston, having previously been a key
figure in Berenberg Bank's North American franchise.
Oliver Riedel, Member of the Management Board of Baader Bank AG, noted that
"they give Baader- Helvea the opportunity to build on its momentum to be
the No.1 broker in North America for the Germany, Austria & Switzerland
region" while stressing that the firm "continues to see North America as a
key region - something which can be seen by our willingness to open a new
office in Boston in an effort to be closer to our clients".
