Yuan Peng

Ms. Peng is a veteran M&A executive in the Chinese chemicals and materials industry.
She has many years of business development and strategy consulting experience primarily in chemicals, materials and related industries.
Prior to joining The Valence Group, Ms. Peng was responsible for Business Development for Reliance Industries from 2007 - 2008 and for Shanghai Alison Group from 2004 - 2006.
She has acted as Vice Secretary General of Overseas Investment Committee, Shanghai Chamber of International Commerce and was a Consultant at Economic, Legal & Social Consulting Centre, Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences from 1996 - 2003.
Ms. Peng received her BA from Southeast University in 1993 and her MA from Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade in 1996.
She is a licensed Senior Talent for WTO Affairs in China.
