Yee Foong Leng

Foong Leng has more than twenty years of experience in accounting, financial, Information Technology and company secretary matters, mainly in the service industry such as resale trade, retail and investment.
She has been with UOBVM since 2008 and she oversees the finance and administrative operations as well as risk management/assessment, compliance and regulatory reporting.
Prior to joining UOBVM, Foong Leng spent seven years in The Esplanade Co. Ltd; and was involved in the pre-opening set-up of the Esplanade, Theatres on the Bay, and was part of the team that defined policies and procedures, evaluation of and implementation of accounting and retail systems.
She was with Times Publishing Limited for three years and assisted in the development and implementation of the retail system for Times, the Bookshop.
She is currently a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and a fellow member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
She holds a postgraduate diploma in Business Administration, issued by Manchester Business School, the University of Manchester.
