Witold Michal Radwanski

Mr. Witold Radwanski is a Partner and Chief Executive of Krokus.
Prior to the formation of Krokus he was Chief Executive of Polonia Financial Services and has been involved in most transactions since that company's inception in 1995.
Whilst working at Polonia Financial Services, Mr. Radwanski has been responsible for developing and implementing the overall strategy of the business as well as serving on Nova Polonia's investment committee and Prospect Poland's oversight board.
Mr. Radwanski is Vice President of the management board of NIF Magna Polonia, Chairman of the supervisory board of RT Hotels, member of the supervisory boards of Jago and Helios and has sat on or been Chairman of the supervisory boards of more than a dozen portfolio companies.
Prior to working for Polonia Financial Services Mr. Radwanski worked for the EBRD between 1992 and 1995 where he was a Banker and deputy head of the Warsaw office.
During this period he was responsible for various equity investments, loans, privatisations and other financial transactions.
Whilst working at the EBRD, Mr. Radwanski represented the bank on the supervisory board and investment committee of Caresbac Polska, an SME private equity fund.
Between 1991 and 1992, Mr. Radwanski served as an adviser to the Polish Minister of Finance.
Mr. Radwanski has a Masters degree from the School of Advanced International Studies, John Hopkins University and a Bachelors degree from the University of Sussex in the United Kingdom.
