The company was founded in 2004 by Mark Mance, Simon Hallgarten. Matt Trevenen has been the CEO of the company since 2006. Since forming in 2004, Northview has acquired over $3 billion in lodging assets as a joint venture partner and successfully designed and executed over $300 million of construction projects.
