Vic Stalam

Mr. Vic Stalam is Senior Vice President–Sales & Marketing at XR Ventures LLC and Senior Vice President-Sales & Marketing at X-Rite, Inc. Mr. Stalam joined X-Rite on December 12, 2011.
He has a record of success in providing global leadership and direction to strategic business planning and development strategies.
From 2009 to 2011, he served as Vice President, Commercial Sales (Americas Region) of Kodak driving the sales efforts for its complete product portfolio and was responsible for $1 billion in revenue.
From 2007 to 2009, he held the position of Vice President, Global Strategic Accounts and Channels building relationships with the global customers and optimizing sales channels and developing new ones.
Prior to that, Mr. Stalam held a number of key positions over his 20 year career at Kodak including Vice President, Packaging, Commercial & Publishing Segments; Chief Marketing & Business Development Officer; Vice President Kodak Polychrome Graphics, a $1.5 billion joint venture between Kodak and Sun Chemicals.
Mr. Stalam holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Osmania University (India), a Master’s of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, and a Master’s of Business Administration in Marketing from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
