Tim Morin

Mr. Morin joined Washington Capital Ventures in September of 2002 after holding a number of senior positions over a twenty-two year career in the telecommunications industry.
He has technical experience in radio systems, satellite systems, switching networks, IP networks, intelligent network systems and operations support systems.
Most recently at wireless CLEC Winstar, Mr. Morin was the Vice President of Large Accounts and Product Implementation, where he built and managed a program office responsible for delivering services to large, complex customer accounts representing $100 million in revenue.
Prior to that, he ran the International Partner Interconnects Group within the British Telecom and MCI joint venture, Concert, and headed technical and product teams to connect networks and launch branded services worldwide.
While at Concert, he also ran the Test and Integration efforts between the three countries involved in the joint venture: Germany, the United Kingdom and the United States.
During his seventeen year career with MCI, he held a number of technical, managerial and implementation positions.
Mr. Morin graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
