Mr. Thomas M.
Farace, CPA, is President & Chief Executive Officer at Nixon Peabody Financial Advisors LLC.
He is also a partner at Nixon Peabody LLP.
Mr. Farace was formerly a partner in the multidisciplinary professional services firm of Arthur Andersen LLP and was an associate director of the Andersen Center for Family Business.
He also held the position of designated person of Andersen Investment Advisory Services.
He is a member of the New York State and Monroe County (former treasurer) Bar Associations; member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants; treasurer and board member of the Legal Aid Society; member of the Estate Planning Council and Financial Planning Association; chair of the Ellingson Society (planned giving) of the Rochester Institute of Technology; and member of the United Way Finance Committee.
Mr. Farace received B.S., Accounting degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology and J.D degree from Cornell University.
He is licensed as a certified public accountant in the State of New York and is a Certified Financial Planner Practitioner.
He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and before the United States Tax Court.
