Thekkekara Ramachandra Bhat

Shri Thekkekara Ramachandra Bhat, Manager attached to our Customer Service Division of the Bank has been nominated by the Central Government as Director representing the Officers in the Board of the Bank.
Shri Bhat, a postgraduate in Economics and a graduate in Law having rich and varied experience in the field of Banking and finance over three decades.
He is an ardent leader of the Bank officer's movement, active social worker, associated with a number of national organisations, which work for the upliftment of the society.
Currently Shri Bhat is the Chairman of Corporation Bank Officer's Organisation and Joint General Secretary of All India Bank Officer's Confederation.
Before joining Corporation Bank in the year 1976, as a faculty member Mr. Bhat was a small stint at Industrial Finance Corporation of India for one year and with Union Bank of India for three years as Faculty member in the Staff Training College of the Bank.
He has also served as a lecturer in Economics at the D.
Banumaih's College, Mysore.
