Herbosa is currently an Independent Director at Philippine Bank of Communications, Inc., and holds director positions at several other firms including Sun Life of Canada Prosperity Bond Fund, Inc., Grepalife Dollar Bond Fund Corp., and Telecommunications Connectivity, Inc. She is also a Professor at De La Salle University and a Trustee at Chs Alumnae Foundation, Inc. In the past, she served as Chairman of the Philippine Securities & Exchange Commission and was a Senior Partner & Co-Managing Partner at Abello Concepcion Regala & Cruz.
Ms. Herbosa holds graduate and undergraduate degrees from the University of Michigan and the University of the Philippines Diliman.
