Ms. Seanna Kim, CFA MBA, is a Partner & Head of Strategy Implementation at Research Affiliates LLC.
She oversees the investment process of the firm’s model-driven portfolios.
She is responsible for managing daily operations and for implementing new strategy designs and portfolio construction methods.
She is also a member of the firm’s Investment Committee.
Prior to joining Research Affiliates, Ms. Kim was a Director and senior Portfolio Manager at Blackrock, managing their emerging markets multi-asset portfolio and international market-neutral equity strategies.
Previously, she was a principal and senior portfolio manager at Barclays Global Investors, and partner, asset allocation, at Brinson Partners.
She received an MBA in finance and accounting from the University of Chicago, an MSc in economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a BA in economics from the University of California, Irvine.
She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of CFA Institute and CFA Society Orange County.
