Richard D. Kinlough

Mr. Kinlough has thirty years of domestic and international corporate finance experience, working primarily with medium-sized companies.
From 1978 to 1981, he was Regional Manager, Eastern Canada, for a major U.S.
bank subsidiary, formerly Manufacturers Hanover Canada Limited.
In 1981, he established AMP-AMEX Leasing Limited in Australia providing equipment finance to medium-sized businesses, on behalf of American Express Bank and the AMP Society, the largest Australian superannuation society.
In 1985, he was appointed Director in charge of Corporate Lending for Macquarie Bank and prior to his return to Canada in 1990, he was Executive Director in charge of the Corporate Finance Division of NZI Securities Australia Limited, an Australian merchant bank.
With 60 employees under his management, he was responsible for corporate lending and the management of a portfolio exceeding $1 billion.
Mr. Kinlough joined CCFL in 1990 as Vice President, Senior Debt Private Placements.
In 1993 he became Executive Vice President of the firm and later President of CCFL.
In August 1994 Mr. Kinlough became President of CCFL Mezzanine Partners.
Mr. Kinlough graduated from Loyola University of Montreal (now Concordia University) with a Bachelor of Commerce (Econ.).
Mr. Kinlough sits as an observer or director on the Board of Directors of several private and public companies.
