Confections businesses.
Earlier in his career, Tom led the successful acquisition of Farley’s and Sathers and its merger with Ferrara Pan, which became Ferrara Candy Co. Prior to the merger, Tom was COO of Ferrara Pan, growing the company’s sales from $100 million to more than $300 million annually.
