Patricia S. Donnelly

Patricia Donnelly has been Vice President of Human Resources for USinternetworking, Inc. since December, 2004.
Before joining USinternetworking, she was Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Betrusted US, Inc. Ms. Donnelly has more than 15 years of HR leadership experience.
She held various positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Patty is responsible for fostering a strategic human resources function that will oversee organizational planning and development, recruiting, training, employee relations, compensation, benefits, facilities and other critical employee initiatives.
Prior to joining PROTEUS, Patty was the Vice President of Global HR Operations for Ciena Corporation, transforming a primarily tactical operation into a world class forward-thinking strategic function, improving departmental effectiveness & efficiency, while leading a large scale staff integration following a corporate merger.
With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources for technology based companies, Patty has worked with both small and large companies, always instrumental in improving operational efficiencies in employee retention rates, promoting a positive company culture & brand identification, nurturing professional and personal growth needs of staff and consulting to executive level leadership.
Patty is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology.
Patty enjoys an active Maryland lifestyle with her family, including her husband and two sons.
She keeps busy by working out, trying to keep up with her boys' sporting events, and hanging out with her family and their Golden Retriever, Baxter.
She loves football and is a huge Maryland and Ravens fan.
