(Investment Management Singapore) (Capital IM-SG) is the investment management division of Capital International, Inc., itself a subsidiary of The Capital Group Cos., Inc. in the US, a privately-owned holding company established in 1931 by Jonathan Bell Lovelace which specializes in global investment management for corporations, private individuals, foundations and endowments. Capital IM-SG is headquartered in Singapore and was founded in 1989. They are an autonomous regional investment team which shares research with the Capital Group's affiliates through centralized databases.
