Orval E. Cook

Prior to Alpha Capital, Mr. Cook was with NCR Corporation for twenty-two years, during which he served in nearly every functional area and was a General Manager of its Sunnyvale (CA) Operations.
He was a founder of a high tech company later sold to Anacomp, Inc. For the past ten years he has been active in the venture capital industry either as an investment manager or as consultant to several venture firms.
He has been affiliated with Alpha Capital since October 1991, and currently is focused on working with the Miami Valley Venture Fund affiliate of Fund II.
Mr. Cook received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and was awarded an MBA with High Distinction from Harvard Business School.
