Mr. Nick J.
Mansley is the Global Director of Multi-Manager at Aviva Investors Global Services Ltd.
He has has overall responsibility for all multi-manager services at Aviva Investors.
He leads real estate forecasting and research.
He started his investment career with Norwich Union Investment Management (now Aviva Investors) in 1994, after seven years in economic consultancy for clients including the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), the European Commission and Government departments.
He has provided strategic advice on over $50bn of client funds and leads the Aviva Investors’ property-related interest rate hedging and property derivatives activities.
He has both set up and invested in private unlisted real estate funds for over ten years.
In 2008, he became the head the multi-manager business for all asset classes, including Real Estate and Private Equity.
Mr. Mansley obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge and completed the Investment Management programme at the London Business School.
He holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC).
