Monique Stawash

Ms. Monique Stawash, CPA, is an Associate at AREA Property Partners LP.
She is responsible for financial reporting and analysis.
Prior to joining AREA Property in 2003, Ms. Stawash was an Assistant Vice President-Portfolio Controller with The Gale Company where she managed the financial reporting process for several real estate investment portfolios.

Alfieri Co., Inc., a New Jersey real estate and development company, as an Assistant Controller responsible for financial reporting and tax matters.
Her prior background also includes six years of public accounting experience.
Ms. Stawash received a BS in Accounting from Kean College of New Jersey and is a Certified Public Accountant.
