Ms. Monique M.
Weiss is a Chief Executive Officer at Frank Capital Partners LLC.
She joined Frank Capital Partners (FCP) in September of 2009.
She has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry.
Previously, she was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley Investment Management where she was in charge of Sales and Business Development for the Americas region, creating a multi-billion dollar business.
Prior to MSIM she worked in analysis and trading in Emerging Markets and Mortgage Backed Securities at Morgan Stanley’s global headquarters where she started her career in 1991.
Ms. Weiss has extensive global experience working with institutional clients such as Central Banks, Pension Funds, and Corporate Treasuries.
She led the team that was the first in the industry to register US mutual funds for sale in the various Latin American pension systems.
As part of her role, Ms. Weiss spearheaded the operational build out of new offshore fund product, including managing mutual fund service providers, product structuring, and legal organization.
She graduated summa cum laude with a BS in Finance and minor degrees in French and Spanish from Pennsylvania State University.
