Michael Spillane

Mr. Michael Spillane is Vice President-National Accounts at HGK Asset Management, Inc. He joined HGK Asset Management in 2004 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Today he is Director of National Accounts where he is responsible for HGK's Separate Managed Accounts and Unified Managed accounts relationships with U.S.
based investment banks.
Prior to joining HGK, Mr. Spillane served as General Counsel and Trustee to numerous individual and institutional investment funds.
He began his career in finance in 1980 as an intern at the NYC Comptrollers Office analyzing financial returns for pensions and annuities.
Mr. Spillane studied finance and taxation at the University of Minnesota and received his BS degree from Hamline University and his law degree at the College of William Mitchell at Minnesota.
