Wissel is a Managing Director at Howard Capital Management, Inc. (California).
Mr. Wissel manages client relationships for a number of an individuals, families, providing both investment counsel and portfolio management services.
In addition, he oversees the firm's strategic research and investment analysis, providing insight to the firm's investment committee.
Mr. Wissel also oversees all marketing, sales and product management aspects of the Firm's retirement plan services.
Prior to joining the firm, he managed a client relationship team with JP Morgan Advisors and has experience in business development and project management within JP Morgan's Private Bank.
He received his BA degree from the University of Delaware and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
