Mauricio Franca

Mr. Mauricio Franca has many years of experience working as an advisor on sales and marketing related topics across several industries including telecoms.
During this period, he has worked with CEO and Board level executives in over 20 clients in Western Europe and Latin America.
He has spent several years advising telecom operators on maximizing customer value through CRM activities both in saturated and growing markets.
He’s expertise areas include the definition and/or optimization of sales distribution strategies, value propositions, pricing strategies and new business operating models.
Before joining Delta Partners, he had been serving as a Partner for Everis Management Consulting group in Madrid and Mexico, and as a practice team member for McKinsey & Co in Madrid.
He is a Brazilian national and holds a Computer Engineering degree from Campinas University in Brazil and an MBA from MIT Sloan School in Boston, US.
