Maryann Esposito

Ms. Esposito joined PFM in April 2009 as a result of the purchase by PFM of BondResource Partners, LP where she had worked as Manager of Business Development and Marketing since 2002, the firm’s formation.
She serves in the same capacity for PFM’s Arbitrage Rebate Compliance Group, operating out of the Philadelphia office.
Ms. Esposito has years experience in the tax-exempt area.
She began her Public Finance career at a Philadelphia regional investment bank where she specialized in healthcare issues, as well as transactions for municipal governments, including general obligation and sewer and water issues.
In 1984 she was one of the founding partners of a boutique investment banking firm specializing in municipal finance and brokering of Treasury securities.
While at the firm she served as Chief Financial and Operations Partner.
